Based on real data
Our estimates draw on public, independent research. Solar module costs have fallen roughly 90% since 2010 (IRENA). Payback for a typical European home is around 6 to 10 years. A Zillow study found homes with solar sold for about 4.1% more. Those are the kinds of figures we work from.
